Return Policy
We want you to be absolutely satisfied
with your items. If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely
satisfied, return it to us for a refund.
NEW ITEMS
All products that are unused or in any way defective may be returned at any time
within 30 days of item receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Following 30 days, the buyer
shall abide by the manufacturer's warranty.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL (D.O.A), FAULTY, OR NOT AS DESCRIBED
In the unlikely event that
you receive a product that is Dead On Arrival, Faulty or Not As Described, the
product may be returned at any time within 30 days of item receipt for a full refund.
General Terms
For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier,
and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your item is lost in transit.
Any Free Gifts included with a purchase
to be returned must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not
returned with the free gift.
All Shipping,
Handling, Insurance and all other fees are Non-Refundable.
Please
contact us prior to returning the products for instructions and a case number which will need
to be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping packaging.
All returns & exchanges should be returned with all manufacturer's
packaging and blank warranty cards, instruction booklets and all other supplied software and accessories.

the network as well as on the compatibility of the devices used and the content formats supported. Please check the availability
of MMS, GPRS, WAP, and Internet services with your network operator and/or service provider.
