If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, eSmart shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

30 Day Satisfaction & Return Policy

 

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your items. If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it to us for a refund following the guidelines below.

 

 

NEW UN-OPENED ITEMS:

All products that are still un-opened and un-used may be returned at any time within 30 days of item receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.

 

OPEN OR USED ITEMS:

All products that are open or used may be returned at any time within 30 days of item receipt for a refund minus the original shipping cost & a minimum 15% re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee will be determined at the discretion of eSmart based on the level of usage or damage applied to the products by the buyer. Missing or Damaged items or accessories will be charged according to the current average market value determined by eSmart at our discretion.
